What is your response turn- around time after completing the contact form?
We are always excited and looking forward to hearing from you however due to the number of requests we receive on a daily basis may not be able to respond swifty.
In our eagerness and commitment to responding to your enquiry, we request your patience for us to respond within 24hours from the moment you press the send button. Where possible we will respond promptly.
Are there any charges applicable upfront ?
We do have have upfront charges applicable to some of our services. For some services we will charge call out fee and our quotations may require part to full payment prior to rendering the service. This will be explained in more detail from the initial screening consultation as service needs vary per client.
Which areas do you Service?
We are based south of Johannesburg and we service all surruounding areas, metro cities and all of our provinces nationwide.
When installing Solar Back Up Systems, do you also issue the C.O.C -certificate of compliance?
Yes, for ease of mind and convenience when installing solar back up systems, we issue the C.O.C as part of the full installation package to ensure compliance.
